Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the user and the Astrelia service (the "Service"), which operates as a website as well as bots and channels in the Telegram messenger.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1.2. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

1.3. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Service.

1.4. The Administration may amend these Terms; the current version is published with its date.

2. Description of the Service

2.1. The Service provides astrological, numerological and entertainment calculations with personalized interpretations: natal chart, Destiny Matrix, compatibility, Tarot spreads, horoscopes and an astrologer chat.

2.2. Some features are provided free of charge; others require in-app tokens.

2.3. The Service is continuously evolving; the set and design of features may change.

3. Nature of the Materials

3.1. All calculations, texts and readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and are intended for leisure.

3.2. The Service's materials are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice.

3.3. Do not make important life, medical, legal or financial decisions based solely on the Service's materials.

3.4. Any decisions you make based on the Service's materials are made by you independently and at your own responsibility.

4. Account and Access

4.1. Access to some features requires an account: on the website — via email and password; in Telegram — through your messenger account.

4.2. You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for all actions taken in your account.

4.3. An account is intended for one person. Sharing access with third parties is not permitted.

4.4. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support immediately and change your password.

5. Tokens and Payment

5.1. Tokens are the Service's internal accounting unit, used to access paid readings.

5.2. The cost of tokens and products is shown before purchase. Approximately 1 token ≈ 1 ruble; the exact price of packages is shown at the time of purchase.

5.3. Payment is available by various methods: fast-payment systems, Telegram Stars, cryptocurrency and other available methods. The set of methods may depend on your country and platform.

5.4. Tokens are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to other users.

5.5. Tokens are credited after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

5.6. The Administration may change prices and the composition of packages; tokens already credited will not be forfeited as a result.

6. Delivery and Refunds

6.1. Readings are digital content generated individually upon your request.

6.2. Content is delivered immediately after payment — usually within a few seconds or minutes.

6.3. Because each result is created personally and delivered at once, a correctly generated and delivered reading is generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

6.4. In the event of a technical failure that prevents a reading from being generated, the charged tokens are automatically refunded to your balance.

7. Subscriptions

7.1. Subscriptions (e.g. to a daily horoscope) are renewed manually — there is no automatic billing.

7.2. You may cancel a subscription at any time; content previously provided is not revoked.

8. Acceptable Use

8.1. You must not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to disrupt or circumvent its operation, protection or limitations; or gain unauthorized access to other people's accounts.

8.2. Automated collection and bulk export of content, as well as reverse engineering, are prohibited.

8.3. You must not enter third-party data without consent or present the Service's materials as professional advice.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. The brand, name, design, template texts and software of the Service belong to Astrelia and are protected by law.

9.2. You may use the personal readings you receive for your own non-commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of downtime, errors or temporary unavailability.

10.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administration is not liable for decisions made based on the Service's materials, or for indirect damages.

10.3. The Administration's total liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid over the preceding 30 days.

11. Changes to the Terms

11.1. We may update these Terms. By continuing to use the Service after changes are published, you accept them.

12. Termination

12.1. The Administration may restrict or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.
