This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the processing and protection of information about users of the Astrelia service (the "Service"), which operates as a website as well as bots and channels in the Telegram messenger.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Service Administration acts as the data operator and determines the purposes and means of data processing.

1.2. By using the Service in any way (registering on the website, launching the bot, making a purchase), you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your data on the terms set out herein.

1.3. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please stop using the Service.

1.4. This Policy is drawn up in accordance with applicable personal data protection law.

1.5. This Policy applies to all platforms of the Service: the website and the Telegram bots/channels. Provisions that relate to only one platform are marked explicitly.

2. Data We Process

2.1. Website account data: your email address and password. The password is stored solely as a cryptographic hash and is not accessible to the Administration in plain form.

2.2. Telegram account data: numeric ID, name and username, interface language.

2.3. Data entered voluntarily for calculations: date, time and place of birth, gender, and the questions you ask the Service. This data may be saved in your profile for convenient autofilling of forms in the future.

2.4. Third-party data (e.g. a partner's birth date for a compatibility reading): by entering it, you confirm that you have the relevant person's consent or that you take responsibility for such entry.

2.5. Service usage data: token balance and transaction history, purchase history, subscription status, selected zodiac sign.

2.6. Technical data: service logs, language settings and error records (excluding the content of your private messages).

2.7. What we do NOT store: passport data, bank card numbers, CVV codes, wallet details. The password is stored only as an irreversible hash.

3. Purposes of Processing

3.1. Performing astrological, numerological and tarot calculations and producing personalized readings.

3.2. Creating and maintaining your account and managing your token balance.

3.3. Processing purchases: crediting tokens, activating access and delivering content.

3.4. Sending subscription content and service notifications.

3.5. User support, responding to requests and improving the quality of the Service.

3.6. Ensuring security and preventing fraud and abuse.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

4.1. To produce readings, de-identified birth data and the text of your questions are sent to third-party artificial-intelligence services — without account identifier, name, email or payment data — only to the extent necessary for the calculation and interpretation. The AI providers do not use the transmitted data to train their models.

4.2. Payment processing is performed by third-party payment providers (fast-payment systems, crypto providers, Telegram) in accordance with their own policies. Your payment-instrument details are entered on the provider's side and are not transferred to us.

4.3. Hosting and infrastructure are provided by technical contractors bound by confidentiality obligations.

4.4. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4.5. Data may be disclosed in response to a lawful request from authorized government bodies.

5. Storage and Protection

5.1. Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.

5.2. Only the Administration has access to the data; encryption, firewalls and backups are in place.

5.3. Data is kept for the entire period you use the Service. Technical logs are kept only for the limited time needed for operation and diagnostics.

5.4. We take reasonable organizational and technical security measures; however, no service can guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the internet.

6. Your Rights

6.1. You have the right to: request access to your data, demand its correction, request complete deletion of your data and account, and unsubscribe from mailings.

6.2. On the website, you can change some data (e.g. your password and birth data) yourself in the "Settings" section.

6.3. Send requests to support via the bot or using the contacts in Section 10. Processing time is up to 10 business days.

7. Age Restrictions

7.1. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. By using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age.

8. Cookies and Sessions

8.1. The website uses a single technical cookie needed to maintain your login session. Without it, signing in to your account is not possible.

8.2. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and do not track you across third-party sites.

9. Changes to the Policy

9.1. We may update this Policy. The current version takes effect upon publication; the date is shown at the top. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the changes.
